Continuous Solvent Distillation new
Continuous solvent distillation is done when a mixture containing a solvent for recovery and particulates (sometimes called impurities) is without interruption fed into the process and separated fractions are removed continuously as output streams as time passes during the operation. The distillation produces at least one distillate fraction, which has boiled and been separately condensed to a liquid, and practically always a particulate, which is the least volatile residue that has not been separately captured as a condensed vapor.
Environmental Solutions in Solvent Recycling updated
Solvent recyclers save money in two ways: by recycling used solvents for reuse and eliminating most (and sometimes all) of the expense of disposing of the hazardous waste. Although even the smallest solvent recyclers cost several thousand dollars, they can easily pay for themselves in a year or two.
Handling Hazardous Waste—What You Need to Know updated
Business owners are constantly looking for new areas of operation that can be trimmed of “fat” to save expenses. One area often overlooked is the disposal cost of hazardous waste from operations. With oil prices surging worldwide, management has begun to look more closely at the costs associated with the purchase of solvents (chemicals) and their subsequent disposal after use. It is becoming clear that there is a major potential for savings in how these “waste” streams are handled.
Resource-Saving Solvent Recovery Systems updated
The practice of recovering solvents is as simple as distillation. A solvent recovery system installed by experts and customized to fit your operation not only helps you in saving a lot of money, but it also helps to keep pollution under control. By installing recovery equipment, you can protect the environment to a great extent. Good karma, good PR, and a good amount of money saved in your pocket book is the ultimate goal of any company that practices responsible corporate citizenship.
